Andrei Daescu, a former professional tennis player, made his mark at the 2015 US Open and represented Romania in the Davis Cup. Transitioning to the world of pickleball in 2017, Daescu swiftly rose to prominence, clinching gold in four APP events in 2022 and securing bronze in men’s doubles at both the 2021 World Championships and the 2019 Nationals. Originally hailing from Bucharest, Romania, Daescu finds joy in hobbies such as go-karting, table tennis, and stand-up comedy, all while cherishing time with his wife and their two daughters, Olivia and Sienna. His favorite movie? "The Departed".
Hailing from San Angelo, TX, Lacy Schneeman's athletic journey spanned various sports including basketball, volleyball, soccer, gymnastics, softball, and tennis during her formative years. At USC, she continued her sporting endeavors, serving as captain of the club tennis team for two years while pursuing her education. Transitioning to pickleball in 2015, Schneeman found a new passion. Prior to her transition, she contributed her talents as an aerospace engineer at Boeing until mid-2023, showcasing her versatility both on and off the court.
Dylan Frazier, a Missouri native, immersed himself in baseball, basketball, and football during his upbringing. His journey to pickleball glory began with a gold medal at APP Hilton Head, marking the onset of his success in the sport. Introduced to pickleball by his mother during a visit to family in Florida in 2016, Frazier's passion ignited. Clinching gold at the Vulcan Indoor National Championship in men’s doubles alongside JW Johnson in 2023, Frazier showcased his prowess on the court. Adding to his unique background, Frazier comes from a family of four siblings, all of whom are adopted.
Jessie Irvine has cruised her way to the top of women’s pickleball. She is ranked in the Top 5 in all three divisions of women’s pro pickleball. Irvine is known for her on-court passion, athleticism, and fierce “come on’s!” during crucial points. Irvine comes to the sport of pickleball from a successful tennis career and is originally from Cary, North Carolina. Irvine’s pickleball career began in November 2018, and she started playing professional pickleball at the beginning of 2019. Outside of playing pickleball, Jessie enjoys hanging out with friends, coaching, watching movies, going out for dinner, working out/training, listening to music, dancing, golf, and laughing and having a good time!
Morgan Evans is a pickleball pioneer. In 2017, he became the first Professional Tour Pickleball Coach in the history of Pickleball. Morgan has gone on to coach some huge names, like Tyson McGuffin, and has played a crucial role in growing pickleball into what it is today. Morgan doesn't just coach, he practices what he preaches; Morgan became a pro player in 2016 and has been a top doubles player ever since. Evans was a pioneer for the spin serve that later became popularized by Zane Navratil before becoming illegal in 2023.
